Any suggestions? I need to drop the most amount of weight possible in 1 month. Any ideas? I know it unhealthy, I am generally a healthy person...after this one month..i'll go back to my healthy way to drop weight. So no lectures necessary.

can we ask why?

I don't know of any way to quickly drop weight except to drastically cut back on the number of calories you eat per day. Don't skip meals. Just eat less and do some sort of exercising.

Have you seen Survivor? When I used to watch it those guys would drop crazy weight in one month. They had not much to eat also.

Since you know this is not a healthy way to go about shedding pounds, may I suggest cutting your carbs down to about 20-30 grams per day. Make those carbs count by eating slow burning complex carbs. No booze, and no diet drinks. Drink lots of water. Get at least 45 minutes of cardio, and some circuit training. Take a multi-vitamin.

Really suggest you only do this for 2 weeks, then work in some additional good carbs like fresh fruit, etc. (you will need the energy for mind and brain).

Lots and lots of water. 1 hour of exercise 5 days a week. Start your day off with banana and high fibre cereal and eat lots of fruit and Veg.

You ever watch that now terrible "reality show" Survivor? Those folk lost some serious weight.
All you need is a tropical island, scantily clad females to plot with and against, a swarmy talk show host, and some useless activities to keep you occupied.

If that's not an option you could try some of that stuff Anna Nicole was pushing.

I hear that all the time as well...but whenever i'm doing weight loss, I continue to drink Diet Coke & has no adverse affect against my weight loss...maybe its different for some people.

I've lost 11 pounds since the end of football season...w/ low carbing...still drink Diet Coke, but also a good amount of water.

Going low carb & low fat...you really cant beat the results...ie: chicken, turkey, veggies, etc...no red meat, cheese, oils, etc. But low carb gives me the results I'm very hapy with.

i keep telling people this all the time. it is very unhealthy to try to lose as much weight as you can all in one month. 1-2lbs per week is ideal. but in the army our so called fat guys were subected to wearing fat guy gear which consisted of 2 sets of jogging suits and a glad trash bag with holes cut out in arms and legs. every other day they would have to use the threadmill or bike for 20 minutes. worked wonders for them but whatever you decide drink lots of water.

Diet drinks can stimulate appetite by tricking your body into thinking it had something sweet. This can cause cravings.

I lost 15 lbs in a month by jogging 5 miles every other day. I am still losing weight. Excercise is the key and I think jogging is the best as it burns the most calories per minute.

Wire your jaw shut......probably will work...

Worked wonders for me a few years back, managed to lose 6kg in a week - although the fact that my jaw was actually broken meant it was 6 weeks of nothing but thin soup, milkshakes and water, anything I could get through a straw basically!

I have actually thought about going back to that all liquid "diet" for a month or so and seeing how well it works.

Incidently, if you ever go through a period where you havent eaten solids or had any alcohol for a good few weeks then watch what you drink when you do - I ended up steaming after just 3 pints, still drank a few more before throwing up and passing out, and let me tell you it is no fun being sick through a wired jaw :puke1:

Wire your jaw was just a joke....seriously I am still losing weight, over a 100 pounds now since Oct 3., and like everyone says, exercise and healthy eating is a must....stay away from fast food and reg. soda....I consider working out now a religion, five to six days a week.....
